Due to construction work, access to the roof on the Damjanich Street side of the building is temporarily closed.
July 20–22, 2026 – The permanent collection exhibition will be temporarily closed.
The Archive of the Museum of Ethnography will be closed from July 14 to September 8, 2026, and the library will be closed from July 21 to August 28, 2026.
Due to an event on September 7–8, 2026, the museum will be closed to visitors on both of these days!
We will also be closed on both days, September 24–25, 2026.
Closed on Mondays (The exhibitions, Etnoshop, Etknow bookshop are closed, but the entrance hall of the building facing Heroes' Square is open between 10am-6pm. The Ceramics Space is also closed on Mondays!)
