Redemption and exchange of tickets

Tickets to the Museum of Ethnography are not refundable according to the General Terms and Conditions, which can also be found on jegy.neprajz.hu.

Tickets purchased online for an exhibition may be rescheduled to another date if the following conditions are met:

  • the ticket was purchased via jegy.neprajz.hu
     
  • it is a ticket for an exhibition (guided tour, museum educational programme, film screening, etc. programme tickets are not exchangeable)
     
  • ​requests for redemption must be sent to interticket@interticket.hu within 24 hours before the ticket expires
     
  • ​any request made within 24 hours will be automatically rejected

The above is only valid in case of rescheduling to another date, in any other cases tickets cannot be returned.
